Abdominal wound - Geordie received a fatal gut wound from a boar during the tynchal at the Gathering. The boar's tusks had ripped open his abdomen, spilling the contents of his gut into his body cavity (Outlander, chapter 10) One of Jamie's Lallybroch men, Kincaid, died from chest and belly wounds after the Battle of Prestonpans (DIA, chapter 36)

Bayonet wound - Jamie receives a bayonet wound in the skirmish with the English patrol at Cocknammon Rock (Outlander, chapter 3) Jamie was badly wounded in the leg with a bayonet at Culloden (V, chapter 1)
Broken arm - John Grey breaks his arm when fighting with Jamie when he attacks him in the woods in Scotland as a sixteen year old (DIA, chapter 36)
Broken fingers - when Jamie's hand is smashed with a mallet by Jack Randall many of his fingers on his right hand are broken. The second knuckle on his fourth finger is completely destroyed and his middle finger has a compound fracture (Outlander, chapter 36) Jamie rebreaks the fourth finger on his right hand at Culloden (V, chapter 1) and re-breaks it again after arranging to be captured by the English when he tries to punch one of the soldiers in the jaw (V, chapter 44) someone on board the Artemis smashes a finger (V, chapter 41)
Broken leg - a man at the Gathering broke a leg during the Highland Games when hit by a carelessly thrown hammer (Outlander, chapter 10) a workman at L'Hopital des Anges had a broken arm and leg. The leg was a double compound fracture of both the mid-femur and tibia (DIA, chapter 14)
Burnt hands - Claire deals with cases of burnt hands while onboard the Artemis (V, chapter 42)
Broken nose - Jamie's nose is broken by the Redcoats about three minutes after Claire goes back through the stones (V, chapter 24)
Broken ribs - Jack Randall breaks Jamie's ribs with a mallet while torturing him at Wentworth (Outlander, chapter 36)
Broken toe - Brianna breaks her big toe as a teenager when she has a fight with her friend Jeremy and kicks his pick-up truck (V, chapter 42) Claire amputates two smashed toes on a crew member of the Artemis (V, chapter 46)
Burns - Claire treated the kitchen-maids at Castle Leoch for scalds (Outlander, chapter 10) Jack Randall burns Jamie with a hot poker while torturing him at Wentworth (Outlander, chapter 36) During the printshop fire, Young Ian has all the hair on one side of his head singed off as well as his eyebrows and eyelashes. The skin on his face is bright pink underneath the soot (V, chapter 27)

Punctured lung - Rupert receives a punctured lung after being shot through the lung with a musket ball during the Battle of Falkirk Muir (DIA, chapter 43)

Splinters - the boys bringing in firewood for the Gathering at Castle Leoch got splinters (Outlander, chapter 10) The seaman Tompkins on the Porpoise suffers a bad splinter wound when a spar breaks while he is standing on it. It leaves him with a deep gash down the calf of his leg (V, chapter 47)
Sprained ankle - Jamie sprains his ankle when he is thrown off Donas while trying to break him in (Outlander, chapter 24)
